Do people really brush their teeth with come?
Until a week ago, it’s a question that had never occurred to me. Now, it’s all I can think about.

I didn’t want to just stew in these questions for the rest of my life. I could already picture myself knitting in a rocking chair in my twilight years, silently asking myself “Okay, but do they keep a separate toothbrush just for this?”
So, I did what I do any time I feel shook - I looked it up online.
If Google’s So Smart, How Come It Can’t Answer This?
Well, right away, I knew I’d have trouble. Google came up almost entirely empty.
Most of the top search results were about how semen can supposedly whiten your teeth. Not at all useful for my purposes.
(Also, seriously guys, if your partner won’t let you come in their mouth, they’re not going to just because of some dubious teeth whitening claim you found on a sketchy website. Even if I believed it, I’d still be buying Crest Whitestrips.)
I also found a Reddit thread where someone claims to have accidentally got some of his own semen on his toothbrush and only realized after he finished brushing. But that’s less of a sexual fetish and more of a cautionary tale for young inattentive men.
Eventually, I was just getting page after page of orthodontist websites paired with primers on how to give a blowjob.
I had scraped the bottom of the internet and come up empty.
I only had one more place to turn: Pornhub.

And mostly, I learned that there is no set protocol. It can start by coming in the mouth, coming on teeth, or coming right on the toothbrush.

But Why Though?
I still didn’t get an answer to my biggest question: why? What’s the appeal of someone brushing their teeth with come?
The closest I could find is a Quora answer to a slightly similar question about whether coming on food and then eating is an unusual fetish. Since I was young, I’ve heard people refer to spitting or swallowing. With semen sitting in the mouth that long, it’s only a matter of time before someone starts thinking “What else could she do with it?”

So, after my investigation in the depths of the internet, I still have a lot of questions left, but it also left me oddly satisfied.
I don’t personally find this fetish to be a turn on, but watching people brush their teeth with come was a fine reminder that people are infinitely fascinating. And as long as I keep learning about new, wild fetishes, I don’t think I’ll ever be bored.
